An old canadian house-Une vieille maison canadienne

This house was built in the 19th century and is situated in an old village known as Shawbridge, Quebec. The village founded in 1842 by some irish pioneers was known as Mount-Pleasant at that time. Now since 1973, Shawbridge, Lesage and Prévost are regrouped in a municipality called PRÉVOST.
Cette maison construite au 19e siècle est située dans un vieux village connu comme Shawbridge, Québec. Ce village fondé en 1942 par des colons irlandais était alors connu comme le Mount-Pleasant. Maintenant depuis 1973, un regroupement de trois villages (Shawbridge, Lesage et Prévost) a donné naissance à la municipalité de PRÉVOST.
