Peace and serenity-Calme et sérénité

Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Colman in Cobh overlooks the city and the ferry terminal. In 1858, the parishioners themselves, took the decision to build. Small chapels surround the nave and some like this one inspires calm, serenity and meditation. In photographic terms, I think the picture represents well light and shade.

Catholique romaine, la Cathédrale de St-Colman à Cobh surplombe la ville et la gare maritime. En 1858, les paroissiens, eux-même, ont pris la décision de la construire. De petites chapelles entourent la nef et certaines comme celle-ci inspire le calme, la sérénité et le recueillement. En terme photographique, je crois que la photo représente bien la lumière et l’ombre.
