This garden is unique. Wanting rustic and asymmetrical, yet he meets a rigorous aesthetic. The design of the Garden Dream Lake is the work of Le Weizhong, renowned architect and landscape architect, then (during construction in 1990-1991) Director of the Institute of Design and Landscape Architecture, Shanghai. It is currently the subject of an exhibition of the luminous art of the chinese lanterns.
Ce jardin est unique. Se voulant rustique et asymétrique, il répond pourtant à un esthétisme rigoureux. La conception du Jardin du Lac de rêve est l’oeuvre de Le Weizhong, architecte et architecte paysager réputé, alors (durant la construction en 1990-1991) directeur de l’Institut de design et d’architecture de paysage de Shanghai. Il fait l’objet présentement d’une exposition de l’art lumineux des lanternes chinoises.
