The fountain in front of the Saint-Sulpice of Paris to talk about my mother’s ancestries: Jean Laniel and Judith Lesule originally from that parish. They gave birth to Julien who came to Batiscan, Quebec, Canada and was a cobbler like his father. Jean born in 1635 was living on Des Corneilles St. near Faubourg St-Germain. The fountain honours Fénélon, Archbishop de Cambrai, theologian and author.

Ils ont donné naissance à Julien qui est venu s’installer à Batiscan, Québec, Canada et il était, comme son père, cordonnier. Jean naquit en 1635 et demeurait rue des Corneilles près du Faubourg Saint-Germain. La fontaine honore Fénélon, Archevesque de Cambrai, théologien et écrivain.
