Un des nombreux lacs de la ville de Prévost, le lac Renaud s’endort à la vue de ce ciel torturé et de la dorure de ce coucher du roi.

One of the many lakes in the town of Prévost, Lake Renaud falls asleep at the sight of this tortured sky and the gilding of this king’s bedtime.

Dome and the canopy of the Courthouse in Paris- Le dôme et la marquise du Palais de Justice de Paris

The monumental wrought iron, very ornate with gilt and topped with a canopy that is shown under the dome, which opens onto the courtyard of May, was executed in 1776 by the master locksmith Bigonnet. In the background we see the majestic dome of the Palace of Justice in Paris.

La grille monumentale en fer forgé, très ouvragée avec des dorures et sa marquise montrée sous le dôme, qui ouvre sur la cour du Mai, a été exécutée en 1776 par le maître serrurier Bigonnet. En arrière plan on voit le majestueux dôme du palais de Justice de Paris.
