I play taïchi and qigong. The posture is a typical posture of grasp bird’s tail. I believe that kata is specific to Japanese martial arts, of which I know very little, while taïchi is Chinese. Anyway, this is a great picture to my eyes, Gaston.

If you know this movement, you must be right. I tought that KATA was meant to show a series of movement into an asiatic technique.
